Our client owns and operates their fibre optic network connecting 93 cities in 22 countries and has built metropolitan area networks (MANs) in 20 European centres of business. Generally accepted to be Europe’s fastest growing telecoms provider, our client owns and operates Europe’s most advanced and densely connected voice and data network.

As part of their continued growth, they now require a Wholesale Account Manager responsible for selling into mainly existing with some new business into Telecom Wholesale customers (Carriers / ISPs).

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the Telecoms environment including a number of years sales experience, preferably with a European carrier with a good understanding and proven success of selling Wholesale Carrier solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Own key Wholesale accounts
• Develop new Wholesale accounts
• Sell Interoute’s comprehensive Wholesale portfolio
• Manage and represent Customers requirements back into the business
• Ensure Customer satisfaction is achieved
• Maintain and build allocated revenue streams

Some International travel may be required.

Experience Required:
• Demonstrable and recent sales experience in Telco, preferably Wholesale but not exclusively.
• Track record of achievement with ability to evidence performance levels
• A good understanding of the Telco product sets
• A very good Wholesale contact base
• Good relationship skills
• Resilient attitude
• Team player
