Details about the role:
 
-Required to meet or exceed the sales targets allocated.

Overall Purpose:

Generally accepted to be Europe’s fastest growing telecoms provider, our client owns and operates Europe’s most advanced and densely connected voice and data network. 

As part of their continued growth, they now require a Wholesale Account Director responsible for the sale of Voice  / Data services and solutions to American region headquartered and decision making entities within the Wholesale Carrier and System Integrator space. The successful candidate will be based in or close to one of the following locations: New York, Washington DC, Virginia or Atlanta

Purpose of Role:
The candidate will work within the Americas Region team which is a small group with resources both in the states and London. The team includes a region head, Account Directors, Sales Engineers, and a Service Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

-The role of wholesale account director is responsible for the sale of services and solutions to American region headquartered and decision making entities within the wholesale carrier and system integrator space. -New account acquisition will be the primary focus. 
-Revenue growth of a few existing accounts will also be a responsibility. 
-Tracking and reporting to sales and product management of customer opportunities and requirements. 
-Ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Experience Required:
-Minimum 5 years in the telecom space. 
-Proven track record of success. 
-Understanding and experience selling European services and solutions. 
-Existing wholesale contacts of Americas based decision makers. 
-4 year college degree
